Division Leaderboard Name-change Glitch

When a player changes their XBL Gamertag, their old GT still remains on the leaderboard as an existing account. This allows people to hold positions they no longer have. TS Stormed, for example, changed his GT when he was 1st, and the nonexistent account has stayed near the top despite now being 14th (BrainStrm). It also stil has a player page, despite the fact that this account no longer exists under this name.
